Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the VKCD websites (vkcd.io, board.vkcd.io, mkt.vkcd.io), the VK Affiliate mobile application, and the research programmes operated through them. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date;
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account;
  • One person, one account. Duplicate accounts created to multiply rewards are prohibited and will be disabled, with any pending rewards forfeited;
  • You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Field researchers — submissions and rewards

  • Submissions (reports, screenshots, recordings) must be genuine, collected by you, and correspond to real purchases or real store visits;
  • Fabricating, editing, reusing or sharing evidence; submitting the same order or purchase more than once (in any campaign or city); or any other manipulation is strictly prohibited;
  • We verify every submission. Submissions may be flagged and rejected — and rewards reversed — when they are duplicated, inconsistent or fail quality review;
  • If you believe a rejection was wrong, you may open a dispute inside the app within the submission's review window. A reviewer decides the dispute and the decision is final;
  • Rewards are credited to your in-app balance and paid out through the payout methods we offer, subject to minimum amounts and processing times;
  • Rewards have no monetary value outside the platform and are not transferable between users;
  • Repeated fraud leads to permanent account termination and forfeiture of pending balances.

4. Business clients

Client accounts may configure campaigns and access dashboards and reports. Client reports are licensed for the client's internal business use. Clients may not resell raw data or attempt to re-identify individual researchers from aggregated results.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party rights;
  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service's operation;
  • Do not submit malicious code or content you do not have the right to submit;
  • Do not use automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with the service except through official, documented APIs.

6. Intellectual property

The service, its software, and its branding are owned by VKCD and its licensors. You grant VKCD a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and analyse the content you submit, solely to operate the service and produce research results for our clients.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but we may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and we may change campaign rules and reward values. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect researchers' earnings.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, VKCD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amounts paid or payable to you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms — including fraud, duplicate accounts or abuse — with or without notice, forfeiting pending rewards where the breach involves fraud.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the municipality of VKCD's registered office have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may grant you the courts of your home.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page with its "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated Terms.
